Charlotte Johnson
Charlotte Johnson, Consultant, began her career as an Unemployment Case Manager for the City of San Jose, and quickly progressed to Job Developer, Lead Instructor, and finally as a Project Manager. From research, to building curriculum, delivering training models, and managing projects, she has experienced all aspects of successful career coaching programs. She has performed field monitoring for multiple contractors, analyzed data, and provided feedback for contract compliance. She has developed outreach, recruitment, and marketing strategies. Charlotte has assessed the needs of potential participants; ensured program eligibility and created employment goals; created individualized programs and action plans for participants to achieve their goals; provided guidance to ensure employment retention and job satisfaction; fostered relationships with the business community to create career opportunities and better understand the needs of the employers. Her organizational development skills have improved the design of company staffing models, client flow processes, and organizational mentoring models.
