Murray Johannsen
Murray Johannsen, Senior Vice President, is a coach and educator in a variety of subjects involving business strategy, marketing and operations issues. He is a leading expert in the field of Transformational Leadership, with a focus on increasing competitive advantage and organizational growth. Other coaching specialties include various topics surrounding quality and process improvement. Courses taught and coaching assignments have included such topics as Leadership Communication Strategies, Increasing Productivity through Performance Management, Effective Front-Line Management and Supervision, Enhancing Facilitation Skills, Leadership and Influence in the Workplace, Management Theory, Policy and Process, Behavioral Science in a Work Environment and Global Leadership and Management, among many others. Murray is an instructor in Business and Management at UCLA. He also is an adjunct professor in Entrepreneurship at Pepperdine University (MBA program) and at Korea University (in Seoul). His clients have included Bechtel, Boeing, Honeywell, Hughes, Nortel, Northrup Grumman and Weyhaeuser, among others.
