Brad Taft
Brad Taft is Executive Vice President of TTG Consultants - Southwest and has over 30 years of experience in the career management, recruiting and organizational development fields. Brad's early career was in executive recruiting with firms including Korn/Ferry International. He then moved to the outplacement and organizational development consulting industry, where in addition to founding two of his own companies he held senior level consulting, management and marketing positions with three international firms: Lee Hecht Harrison, Right Management Consultants and Spherion Human Capital Consulting. As a nationally recognized expert in maturing workforce issues, Brad has keynoted and delivered workshops on a variety of employment topics and is co-author of two books: Boom or Bust!: New Career Strategies in a New America - The Career Management Guide for Baby Boomers and Beyond and Return of the Boomers - a Leader's Guide to Using the Resources of the Maturing Workforce for a Competitive Advantage. Brad received a B.A. in Communications and a M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. He holds the highest certification designations in the human resources and career consulting fields: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Career Management Fellow (CMF).
